[OpenAFS] Git throwing bus error when pack files not entirely cached

Hi Michael,

I just gave it another try and this time I ran into the
"Bus error (core dumped)% (72/150)" too.

git 2.7.1-1
openafs 1.6.16-1 with patch for linux 4.4
linux 4.4.1-2-ARCH
