[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.6.20.1 on AIX 7.1

Hi, Tedd.

As I understand it, the ask from IBM would be for the donation of one
AIX license for the purposes of an OpenAFS buildbot? 

I'm not finding anything from Russ in this thread.
