[OpenAFS-testers] OpenAFS 1.2.8 Release Candidate 2 now available for testing

A compressed tar file of OpenAFS 1.2.8-rc2 is now available at:

  http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/testers/openafs-1.2.8-rc2.tar.gz

Changes from rc1 include: 

- HPUX 11.0 support should now actually work.

- Fixed compilation errors on Linux 2.2.x kernels.

- Fixed a memory leak in the dynroot directory creation process.

- On Linux, downmap F_*LK64 to F_*LK if they're different.

Please try out this candidate release and report your findings.
