[OpenAFS-testers] OpenAFS 1.2.10 Release Candidate 2 now available for testing

OpenAFS 1.2.10-rc2 is now available for testing from:

	http://www.openafs.org/dl/testers/openafs-1.2.10-rc2.tar.gz

Changes from OpenAFS 1.2.9 include:

- Support should be present for HP-UX 11.22 on IA64, Linux on AMD
  Opteron processors, and for User Mode Linux on x86.

- On Linux, the client will now prevent the cache partition from being
  unmounted while the client is running, and will prevent afsd from
  shutting down while AFS is still mounted.

- On Linux, the client will initialize and use i_alloc_sem in inodes if
  present.

- A potential loop condition in the cache manager has been corrected.

- Several fileserver defects have been corrected, including a potential
  deadlock at shutdown time.

- Windows files now include versioning information.

- A problem where some error conditions were not translated to system
  error codes on the client has been corrected.

as well as other various and sundry bug fixes.
