[OpenAFS-testers] OpenAFS 1.2.10 Release Candidate 3 now available for testing

OpenAFS 1.2.10-rc3 is now available for testing from:

	http://www.openafs.org/dl/testers/openafs-1.2.10-rc3.tar.gz

Changes from OpenAFS 1.2.10-rc2 include:

- Makefile cleanup has been done

- MacOS X packaging is now included

- A fix for a Windows directory problem is now included

- Usermode Linux is detected from the source tree instead of the running
kernel.
