[OpenAFS-devel] Obtaining missing HP UX header file vfs_vm.h for HP UX 11.11 and HP UX 11.22

Carl,
You sent me the versions of vfs_vm.h for the HP UX 11.11 and 11.22
in Febuary. Has this been reported as a bug? And where can others find
these files if they try and build OpenAFS on HP UX?
