[OpenAFS-devel] Attempting to build a test environment. Help needed

What we have is not yet public, and needs to be cleaned up.  We are in
need of running through the start up procedures ourselves (hardware
died on us).  We'll see what we can do to make this more generic and
public.  What mdw posted is a pretty good start, but we've got a few
more revisions of test cell start ups that may help/simplify.
