[OpenAFS-devel] New buildbot admins: Andrew Deason and Michael Meffie

Stephan,

In light of the fact that there are two sets of admins, the "build
master" admins, and the "build slave" admins, I would propose that we
have two aliases, one for the former and one for the latter.
