[OpenAFS] Two actions to create an AFS user ?

I've setup a cell with opean-afs1.0.4 and krb5 that works very well, but I
still have some unanswered questions. It looks like you need two actions to
create an AFS user :
- create the AFS user in AFS
- create the corresponding principal in the KDC

Am I wrong ?
