[OpenAFS] Kerberos with AFS

klog.krb is for authenticating to a ka server.  The only difference
klog.krb and klog is that after obtaining the afs token, klog destroys
the kerberos tgt.  klog.krb keeps it around so it can be used to get
other service tickets.
