[OpenAFS] Kernel module source rpms

All,

The kernel module source rpms for RH 6.2 and 7.0 on openafs.org have
problems.  Primarily, a patch intended to fix the top-level Makefile
failed to apply (reject was in the RPM!).

There also seems to be a file called redhat.sh missing along with
Makefile.extradefs.

I was able to hack my way around this and build a module against kernel
2.2.19, but thought someone should know of the problem.
