[OpenAFS] verifying ro volumes are not taking up extra space

Like I said, I've moved a few gig of volumes from kite's vicepc to
try to free up some space.  I have not moved the echoing ro volumes
on the other fileserver yet.

Before I did this, the numbers were something on the order of:

kite:
/dev/sdd1             35001508  33224608         0 100% /vicepc

harrier:
/dev/sdd1             35001508  17340848  15882668  53% /vicepc
