Esther and I are working on it.  We just set up a repository for updating the
old IBM docs, and I have a few things that I want to write from scratch.
There will be an openafs-docs@ list in the near future, as well, to
keep all doc-project traffic off -info.  Of course, I've just moved my
office across town, so I haven't had time recently to get things going,
but we've got a start.
