When I upgraded my IRIX fileservers to 1.2.11 the kernel module
wouldn't load.  As I had only a couple of weeks before shutting
them down (at the end of January), I used the 1.2.10 kernel module
with the 1.2.11 binaries (because of the Ubik bug).

The system was Irix 6.5, but as the machines are no longer up, I
can't say more than that.
