[OpenAFS] macos x 10.4 "tiger" status request

hi -

i've had a few folks asking about status of an openafs client
upgrade to support tiger.  

I haven't seen any announcement here that it's being worked on, etc -
just a brief conversation before the official release saying "anyone who
was working on it wouldn't be able to say due to developer pre-release
nda" or something along those lines.
