[OpenAFS] man pages missing from Mavericks dmg file?

Hi Everyone,

   When I install OpenAFS 1.6.6 on Mac OS X 10.9.2 using the official dmg, the
man pages seem to be missing. I was able to extract them from doc tar ball and
copy them into what I believe to be the correct place
(/Library/OpenAFS/Tools/man) and they seem to work fine.
