Hi,

Thanks for your interest in OpenAFS, and for letting us have an =
application to review. Firstly, I should point out that to apply you =
need to submit your application through the socghop.appspot.com website =
- whilst we can review things sent to this list, they don't count as =
applications to the Summer of Code programme.

In addition to the information you've sent us, we also require some =
information about the project you're proposing. We would like to hear =
(in your own words) what your goals and targets are for the project, =
what your approach to the problem would be, and a rough timescale of how =
you intend to undertake that work in the time available for Summer of =
Code.
