[OpenAFS-devel] librxkad.a with -fPIC

if they're linking librxkad to get lwp, sooner or later they are going
to have to fix their code to use pthreads.

if not, they have no business using librxkad, and should be usingt he
(already built shared) libafsrpc (and libafsauthent).

the bug is theirs, not yours or ours.
